The visitors held the Rams scoreless through the opening two quarters while piling on 9.7 (61) of their own, effectively ending the contest before the main break.
Daniel Schaper was the standout in front of goal, producing a clinical six-goal haul to spearhead the Road's attack.

Moama strengthened its finals hopes with a 35-point victory over Numurkah, 14.6 (90) to 8.7 (55), and Cobram rounded out the weekend with a comfortable 41-point win against Nathalia, 12.16 (88) to 7.5 (47).
With nine wins from nine and now a four-game buffer atop the ladder, Congupna's grip on first place is becoming increasingly difficult for the chasing pack to loosen.
