The Dees will join Mathoura in wearing Indigenous senior football guernseys and Indigenous A-grade dresses.
Before the senior football and netball matches, the club will hold a smoking ceremony.
Following the games, there will be live music performed by Madi Colville Walker from 6pm to 10pm, and an Indigenous Round jumper auction.
Mathoura had a successful round against Blighty last week, winning in the reserves' football by 68 points and taking wins in five of the seven competitive netball grades.
They will be in the contest again this week against Jerilderie.
The largest difference in ladder positions between the two teams will be in the senior football, with Jerilderie sixth on the league ladder while Mathoura are 16.
Close netball matches can be expected, with Jerilderie and Mathoura one position apart on the ladder in five of the seven netball grades.
The matches will also impact finals placings in each junior netball grade.
