Katamatite will be gunning to break into the top four of the PDL this season and will be relying on plenty of new faces to do so.
The Tigers have had a few big-name departures with Jedd Wright and Sam Wright off to the Shepparton Swans and favourite son Patrick Riordan off to Numurkah.
But Katamatite has recruited heavily too, drawing in players from two clubs specifically.
Five players have joined the club from Western Region Football League outfit Spotswood, with a further four players coming across from Barooga.
The Tigers will have a new coach too, with James Hazelman — who coached Barooga to a grand final in 2018 and played more than 250 Murray league games — replacing Jedd Wright.
Katamatite finished sixth last season and defeated Jerilderie in an elimination final before falling to Strathmerton in the semis.
