Passed away peacefully on the 14th June 2026.

Aged 95 years.

Much loved mother of David, wife of Benjamin (dec). Mother-in-law of Barbara.

Sister and sister-in-law of Rosemary and Neil Peterson, Vera-Ellen and Fred (dec) Mullet, Peter and Denise Hobson, June (dec) and David Markey, David and Jan Fairbrother and Bill and Chris Fairbrother.

Cherished grandmother to her 8 grandchildren and great grandmother to 6. Will be missed by all of her nieces, nephews and cousins.

All family and friends are respectfully invited to attend Frances's funeral service, which will be held at Saint John’s Anglican Church, Cnr Lake and Minnie Street, Cairns on Monday 22nd June 2026 commencing at 11am.
