Died peacefully at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, Fitzroy.
Dearly loved husband of Maureen, and adored Dad of Damian, Justine, Stephanie and Edwina. A cherished father-in-law to Jessica, Adrian, Sean and Drew.
The much loved and proud Nonno of Zoe, Evan, Gemma, Angus, Hugo, Chiara, Imogen, Tom and Lola.
Dominic was compassion, decency, intellect and loyalty personified. A brilliant and humble surgeon, he made a profound difference to the lives of so many, always generous with his time, kindness and wisdom. A lifelong Carlton Football Club supporter – born and forever a passionate Blue Bagger.
Above all else, his family was his heart, his greatest joy and his proudest achievement. He leaves a lifetime of love, laughter and treasured memories.
The family would like to thank staff at St. Vincent’s Private for the exceptional care provided to Dominic.
