With great sorrow we mourn the death of Ellison, a member of the Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Loreto Sisters).

Ellison was an educator, an administrator, and worked in the field advocating justice for refugees and the environment. She was a devoted family member, a friend to many and a true Mary Ward woman.

Ellison died peacefully at St Vincent’s Aged Care Hawthorn.

May she rest in peace.
