Warm-hearted and generous with his time and wisdom. Chris cared deeply for his patients, friends and family. He had a sharp intellect, a remarkable memory and showed extraordinary resilience and strength living with Parkinson's for more than 30 years.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Forever in our hearts.
