Passed away peacefully in the presence of

his loving family at the RAH on May 29, 2026.

Aged 88 years.

Beloved husband of Margherita (deceased).

Loving and adored father and father-in-law of

Nunziatina and Luigi Lavia,

Maria and Antonino Bueti.

Cherished Nonno of

John and Annalisa,

Stella,

Federico and Gabriella,

Karla.

Adored Bis-Nonno of

Sienna Grace and Cartia Ava.

Much loved son of

Federico and Maria Carmela Lenzi (both deceased).

Dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of

Antonio and Caterina Lenzi (both deceased),

Mary and Charlie Azzopardi,

Frank (deceased) and Margaret Lenzi.

Loved son-in-law of

Pasquale and Angela Cutri (both deceased).

Loving brother-in-law of

Domenica and Vincenzo Forgione (both deceased),

Rosa and Domenico Forgione (both deceased) (Italy),

Carmela and Antonio Guida (both deceased) (Italy),

Giuseppe and Filomena Cutri (both deceased),

Eufemia and Giuseppe (deceased) Salvagno,

Benito (deceased) and Maria Cutri.

Fred will be forever loved and never forgotten

by all his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends

in Australia and Italy.

The family wish to thank all the staff at the

RAH for their care and support.
