It is with deep sadness that Jill, Andrew,

Rachel and their families announce the passing of their beloved husband, father, father-in-law

and Grandpa, James Alan Haines, who passed away peacefully, in his sleep, at home,

on Monday 28 September, 2026.

A much loved husband to Jill, devoted father to Andrew and Rachel, cherished father-in-law to Helen, and adored Grandpa to Emily,

Thomas and Matthew.

Loving brother to Elaine (deceased)

Alan and Dad was our rock and the glue that held us together. His strength , wisdom, kindness, and unwavering love touched the lives

of all who knew him.

While our hearts are broken, we are grateful for the many treasured memories he leaves behind.

He will be sadly missed every day

and forever remembered with love.
