We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the amazing staff in the Cardiovascular Ward of the Royal Adelaide Hospital, for their high level of care and support given to our father and our family, whilst in his care. We would also like to thank our father's Cardiologist, Dr Enzo De Angelis, for his care over the years.
