Sheridan’s story began in 1970, when local generosity helped make a new nursing home possible.
Today, that same spirit of community continues to shape the way we care for our residents.
Our recently redeveloped home offers 42 private rooms, each with its own ensuite, along with welcoming communal spaces designed to encourage connection, comfort and a sense of belonging.
With 12 specialised memory support places and a dedicated respite room, Sheridan provides care tailored to individual needs, whether it’s a permanent new home or a short-term stay.
Our residents are supported by a dedicated multidisciplinary team of about 70 staff, including nurses, allied health professionals, lifestyle staff, hospitality and administration.
Sheridan has also been recognised with a four-star rating under the Federal Government’s aged-care rating system, reflecting our commitment to quality care and the wellbeing of our residents.
