Stacey, 46, has been reported missing.
Police said the woman was last seen in Shepparton on Wednesday, June 18.
Stacey has a medical condition requiring medication, and police said her disappearance is out of character.
Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
Stacey is described as being Caucasian, about 170cm tall with blonde hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket, black leggings and was carrying a green cross-body bag, police said.
Stacey is known to frequent the Shepparton, Seymour and Melbourne CBD areas.
