One person has been taken to Goulburn Valley Health following a four-car crash at the intersection of Wyndham and Nixon Sts in Shepparton.
Shepparton police sergeant Darren Wagstaff said it appeared one of the vehicles involved had run a red light, causing the remaining three cars to crash.
Sgt Wagstaff said the woman was taken to hospital with minor injuries, while all other occupants of the other three vehicles were uninjured.
Three police cars and one Shepparton Search and Rescue unit responded to the incident.
The incident occurred at about 11.45am.
Part of Nixon St is closed to traffic, but Wyndham St is unaffected.
