The 12 year-old was not the only multiple trophy winner, but claimed the most by one person.
Lily claimed the Kay Oldham Memorial Trophy awarded for the most outstanding junior needlework exhibit and the Frances Langman Memorial Trophy – name after her great-grandmother - which is for most outstanding exhibit in junior floral art.
As a result of her success in these sections, and others, Lily also received the Metcalfe Family Trophy.
This is an aggregate award for the most successful junior exhibitor over all sections.
Winning the trophy in her great-grandmother’s name was not the only family connection for Lily on show weekend, with her sister Alice and grandmother Lyn Rose also among the trophy winners.
Other multiple trophy winners were Linda Maher, who quite often finds herself in the winner’s list of the pavilion each year, and Sandra Buckles.

Dr Ian Harper Memorial Trophy for the most outstanding exhibit in food and cookery, jams and sauces, horticulture and floral art – Sandra Buckles.
Dr Paul & Family Award for most successful exhibitor aggregate over the Mona Kerr Section– Lyn Rose.
Doreen Lawson Memorial Trophy for the best article of crochet in woolcraft – Linda Maher.
Mary Allitt Perpetual Trophy for the best article of knitting in woolcraft – Betty Murray.
Joan Allitt Memorial Trophy Aggregate Trophy Encouragement Award for most successful exhibitor, 12 years and under, in junior cookery - Alice Petersen.
Robyn Mott Memorial Trophy aggregate for junior cookery - Izzy Pearn.
Frank Fisicaro Memorial Award for the most outstanding exhibit in farm and garden produce – Lawry Smits.
Kathleen McMahon Memorial Award for most outstanding exhibit in senior floral art - Sandra Buckles.
Malcolm Burge Trophy for the most outstanding exhibit in photography - Ayla Nganeko.
