Every year, the initiative sees hundreds of businesses from Australasia’s largest real estate group collaborate with their local communities to raise donations for various charities and not-for-profit organisations.
This year, Ray White Seymour is again partnering with St Vincent De Paul to help individuals and families who may need some extra support and care during an extremely busy, and often stressful, time of year.
The team at Ray White Seymour is calling on the community to join it in the charity initiative by donating Christmas gifts for children.
Ray White Seymour administration and commercial manager Jo Clarke said she looked forward to the drive each year as it was a chance to connect with the community and make a positive impact.
“The past few years have been a really difficult time for a lot of families,” Ms Clarke said.
“The holiday period can be a pretty emotionally charged time, so it’s important to us to make an effort to help out people who might be struggling after facing serious challenges and setbacks.”
Due to the October flood damage to the Ray White office, gifts can be taken to North Central Locksmith at 8 Wallis S, Seymour (next door to Ray White Seymour), where Tom, Gayle and Jordan will be only too pleased to look after any gifts donated.
Gifts can be left from December 1 to 9. If you could please wrap your gift and label it with either boy/girl and approximate age, that would be greatly appreciated, but please don’t worry if you can’t wrap it.
The gifts can be dropped off under the tree and will then be securely stored on the premises before they are collected by St Vincent De Paul for distribution.
