Corowa’s unique Lilliputland Miniature World, is expected to be officially opened later this year by the Upper Murray Quirky Events team.
“There is a lot of community anticipation and enquiry, a lot of interest,” Lilliput’s Michael Mack said.
“We are working towards meeting all the requirements with this old building; it’s coming along well, but slowly.”
The wait will be well worth it. The very different visual experience at 187 Sanger Street will have two large sections.
The Miniatures Zone is based around a large model railway and a miniature dollhouse village with an enormous amount of detail.
The Arts Zone is where artists will display and sell their unique works.
