The Deniliquin RSL Club recently hosted Danny Stanmore’s surprise 50th birthday.

Held in the RSL Gallery room, the party was organised in secret by Danny’s mother Jan, in co-ordination with family and friends.
There were about 40 people at the surprise occasion with some guests travelling from Goulburn, Wagga, Gisborne and Berrigan.
Partygoers commented on the brilliant catering with a range of finger food as well as a large birthday cake.
The event was on Saturday, July 4, two days after Danny’s birthday. There were also celebrations earlier in the week at the Bowls Club.
