The first delivery of oversized components to Cherry Tree Wind Farm is scheduled to begin tomorrow.
The oversized freight trucks will be accompanied by a number of escort vehicles for public safety.
The components will be delivered via the Hume Hwy, Main Rd Tallarook, Upper Goulburn Rd onto the Goulburn Valley Hwy, Kobyboyn Rd and Homewoods Rd before entering main wind farm site access.
To minimise disruption the deliveries are scheduled to be off public roads before 7am. The trucks should pass through Tallarook before 6am.
The delivery on Saturday will be followed with the delivery of all other components commencing in mid-September.
Any drivers on the road during the delivery period are kindly asked to exercise caution and comply with directions of the safety escort vehicles that will accompany the deliveries.
