Jerilderie Hospital Auxiliary held its June meeting last Thursday, with 10 members attending and one new member welcomed to the ranks.
The auxiliary recently provided more than $10,000 worth of equipment for the hospital, in the form of a lifter and an air cell chair bed.
Upcoming events to keep the ball rolling and to raise money for the local hospital are a raffle stall in September, and a golf day in October.

Year 5/6 students from Jerilderie Public School enjoyed an excursion to the Australian Capital last week, with fellow students from Blighty, Bunaloo, Conargo and Mayrung.

After a debutante ball hiatus in Jerilderie in the last few years, young 16, 17 and 18 year-olds from Jerilderie and surrounding towns are invited to register for a return debutante ball in 2023.
It will be run by the St Joseph’s Jerilderie P&F Committee.
