Here are some delicious recipes to blend up.

Green Detox Juice

Ingredients:

1 cucumber
2 celery stalks
1 green apple
1 handful spinach
½ lemon (peeled)
2.5cm ginger
½ cup water (if using a blender)

Instructions: Blend or juice all ingredients.

Immune Booster Juice

Ingredients:

3 oranges (peeled)
2 carrots
2.5cm turmeric root (or ½ tsp turmeric powder)
2.5cm ginger
½ lemon (peeled)

Instructions: Juice all ingredients and stir well before drinking.

Beetroot Energy Juice

Ingredients:

1 beetroot
2 carrots
1 apple
2.5cm ginger
½ lemon (peeled)

Instructions: Juice everything together for a vibrant, energy-boosting drink.

Refreshing Watermelon Juice

Ingredients:

2 cups watermelon (seedless)
½ lime (juiced)
A few mint leaves

Instructions: Blend everything and strain if needed. Serve chilled.

Pineapple Ginger Juice

Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple chunks
½ cucumber
½ lemon
2.5cm ginger

Instructions: Juice all ingredients and serve fresh.

Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Juice

Ingredients:

1 apple
½ lemon
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup water

Instructions: Blend everything together for a digestion-friendly drink.
