The updated WaterLINE platform can be used across all supported devices, allowing users to place irrigation orders, monitor water use and manage deliveries anytime, anywhere.
With enhanced functionality including real-time allocation account balances and the ability to input meter readings, the updated version of WaterLINE is being phased in later this year.
To support customers in getting started, G-MW is hosting a series of drop-in sessions where staff will be available to walk users through the new system.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own devices and test the platform first-hand.
The sessions will be held at:
- Rochester: Tuesday, October 14, from 10.30am to noon at 41 High St, Rochester.
- Shepparton: Thursday, October 16, from 10.30am to noon at 21 Wheeler St, Shepparton.
- Kerang: Wednesday, October 22 from 10.30am to noon at 78 Kerang-Koondrook Rd, Kerang.
G-MW general manager Warren Blyth said a pilot group of customers had already started testing the updated version.
“The feedback has been positive and incredibly helpful,” Mr Blyth said.
“We’re keen to share the updated version of WaterLINE with even more of our customers. Feedback gathered during the pilot phase and at drop-in sessions will help refine the platform ahead of its official release later this year.”
The updated version will run in parallel with the older version this season before its official release for the 2026-27 irrigation season.
