Nagambie elected to bat after winning the toss and got off to a solid start.
Shae and Evie Merrifield contributed an opening partnership of 19 runs before Siena Brennan bowled both out in close proximity.
Nagambie was on the rocks at 3-25, but Captain Kait Carracher steadied the ship.
She was dismissed on 38 off 29 balls, with Cooma’s Nikki Heffer cleaning up Carracher’s stumps.
With the captain gone, the Lakers suffered a lower-order collapse.
Sarah Villinger dug in and ensured the Lakers played out their 25 overs, with the home side setting a figure of 8-98 for the visitors to chase down.
Cooma got off to a similar start, sitting at 3-23 after a group effort by Sandy Ezard and Elli Maltman, who both took early wickets, and Carracher, who ran out her opposition captain for a duck.
The visitors’ side couldn’t find a way into the game, with no-one in the bottom order posting a double-digit score.
After their 25 overs were completed, Cooma had only hit 69 runs with two wickets left in hand.
The wickets were spread evenly throughout the Lakers’ line-up, with five different bowlers taking a wicket and three different fielders claiming a run-out.
Nagambie secured yet another victory, climbing to first place on the table as Mooroopna, the only other undefeated team, had a bye.
Nagambie will play second-placed Shepparton Youth Club United on Sunday at Princess Park.
