What’s the biggest focus for your group in 2026?
I would say our main focus is building a really positive and respectful culture.
What will supporters notice about this team?
I think the closeness (of the squad), and the energy and the excitement that they’ll bring to their football.
What’s your side’s greatest strength?
I think coming together and just playing as a team. We’re a very close group, the boys are just mates with everyone.
What still needs the most work?
It’s all culture for us. We know that we have a really good culture where people want to come in, and once people are happy they play their best football and self-motivation comes into it.
What does success look like for this group in 2026?
We have not even spoken about that and (have) no willingness to, because the sky is the absolute limit and who knows what will happen this year.
