What’s the biggest focus for your group in 2026?
Consistent improvement. There’s still a young core with a sprinkling of senior players, so we want to make sure we continue to improve.
What will supporters notice about this team?
Just competitiveness, which is something we pride ourselves on regardless of who we’re playing. We want to make it a hard-fought game.
What’s your side’s greatest strength?
We have a core group of blokes who have been there the past five years as well as the younger blokes who can hopefully grow into their roles.
What still needs the most work?
Just working on our ball movement. Like all teams in the KDFL it can be hit or miss, so we’re just making sure the gap between our best and worst closes up.
What does success look like for this group in 2026?
Every team I think at this time of year goes for making finals. A lot of it comes down to if you get there, how fit you can be.
