Will the Picola District Football Netball League be able to match the fervour of last season?
Hold tight - we’re checking permissions before loading more content
We sure hope so.
Budding dynasties were snapped and droughts were broken as Katamatite and Katandra ended Waaia and Deniliquin Rovers’ respective football and netball runs, and that emotion has carried right through to 2026.
Barooga has also entered the fold this year, with old rivalries reigniting and fresh talent arriving in a newly-minted 16-team competition.
All signs point one way; there’s every reason to pay attention to the PDFNL right now.
