Mulwala 56 def Cobram 21.
The girls had a solid game and with Lily back the team is looking very strong. Steph Hammond hardly missed all day, shooting goals from everywhere.
Lara and Amity worked well in defence, causing many turnovers. A big game for the girls next week, good luck!

Mulwala 62 def Cobram 22.
Another solid game from the girls. Seeing them come away with a good win. All girls stuck to the game plan, with work at training really showing on the court.
Cara again showed her experience in defence and applied this down the court to settle the girls when required.
The shooters all had their eyes in and showed their versatility each time changes were made.
Mid courters were their tireless selves and need to continue to work ‘’smarter, not harder’’.
B Grade will need to bring the same level next week when they take on a strong, well drilled Tongala outfit.
Awards: Mug - Cara Ward, Seeliger Real Estate - Tayla Seccull, Publican’s Daughter - Hollie Bartlett.

Mulwala 28 drew with Cobram 28.
With only 8 girls this week the fitness was put to the test. Toota was in shooter this week with the other usual centre player, Abby in goal attack.
Turns out the midcourters could get the ball into their hands easily, but not so easily through the ring!
Megan was giving her WA hell and had her hands over everything. Charli enjoyed her run in centre, then went back and defended well in the ring.
Gracie steadies the scores, returning to GA and barely missed a thing.
Simone passed with pinpoint accuracy and as usual Mickayla and Melissa fought for everything in defence, forcing excessive turnovers.
All in all a great game. Leonie was great with the stats!
Awards: Miss Dolly - Beth Robinson, The Food Mill on Bayley - Gracie Lagudi, Mug - Melissa Riches.
Under 17s
Mulwala 27 def by Cobram 48.
A fantastic first half performance from the awesome Under 17s, bringing the intensity and pushing second placed Cobram. The girls continue to work hard as a team each week and all with a smile. Keep up the good work at training girls. Another outstanding game from Jess and Ruby, both attacking the ball hard while giving 100% defence.
Awards: Zambreros - Jess Linehan, Food Mill on Bayley - Ruby Spiteri.
Under 15s
Mulwala 27 def by 33.
The girls played Cobram and after a close first quarter, the girls did well under pressure.
Emily and Maisee both shot very well and it was amazing to see the determination in the mid court by Taylah, Roxy and Jemma.
In defence Ruby and Alanah worked very in sync together, showing great hands over pressure with every ball. Well done this week girls.
Awards: Zambreros - Alannah Smith, Food Mill on Bayley - Ruby Thomas, Lake Mulwala Bakery - Roxy Cameron.
Under 13s
Mulwala 12 def by Cobram 24.
Amazing effort by all the girls, really coming together as a team. Milla and Charli shot well in goals and went for all rebounds.
Pheonix and Chloe in the mid court, fed well into the ring and controlled the flow of play.
Ruby, Summer and Bobbie were on fire, shutting down crucial passages of play.
Claire and Nat focussed on slowing down play and calming the team at important turning points during the game.
By far the best game of the season. Even though the Under 13s lost the game, it was a personal win for all.
Awards: Paradise Palms - Pheonix Kennedy, Zambreros - Bobbie Taylor.
