Bowls carnival well under way

Bowls carnival season has hit the region, with Echuca Bowls Club beginning its annual carnival on Thursday, May 1.

The carnival will run until Friday, May 9, and includes pairs, fours, two and three-bowl triples and medley pairs.

The marquee event is the Dan Scott Memorial three-bowl mixed pairs event.

Bowlers from the region and around the state travelled to the area to participate.
