Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash in Violet Town on Saturday morning, December 13.
Emergency services were called to Murchison-Violet Town Rd after reports a car had crashed into a tree just after 5.15am.
The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a 21-year-old man from the Melbourne suburb of Brooklyn, died at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined and an investigation is ongoing.
