The committee has announced a new lineup, including local talent and fresh sounds, for the April event.
Sydney-based alt-country band The Slims will headline the AT&E entertainment stage at the April event.
The band, whose sound blends reverb-soaked guitar with cinematic influences, has built significant momentum following a breakout summer in 2024, spending a month in the AMRAP Top 10 Metro charts with releases that have surpassed one million streams worldwide.
Local talent will feature prominently, led by rising country star Tilly Rose.
The 14-year-old recently launched her new single on the FanZone stage at the Tamworth Country Music Festival and is establishing herself as a notable emerging artist in Australian country music.
In 2024, Tilly won her heat at the Australian National Busking Championships, earned PULSE FM Australian Artist – New Release of the Week, and was named UGFM Radio Murrindindi's Young Artist of the Month.
Her breakout single, Over by the Summer, attracted international attention early in 2025, with a Canadian radio station comparing her songwriting to that of a young Taylor Swift.
Opening the entertainment stage will be Georgia Ulrich, whose country music background is matched by her community connection.
Growing up on a farm outside Seymour, Georgia is a member of the Whitehead's Creek CFA and actively fought the Longwood fires.
Chair of Tastes of the Goulburn Felicity Jeffery said this year's event was about more than great food and entertainment.
"Tastes has become a permanent fixture on the calendars of attendees, vendors and musicians alike, and in 2026 we wanted to take the event to the next level — not just in what we offer, but in how we support and showcase our community," she said.
"After the Longwood bushfires, it has become even more important for us to create an event that indicates that our community is strong, creative and open for business. The show will go on — and it will be better than ever."
Ms Jeffery said music played a vital role in bringing Station St to life.
"Music is what connects people. This year’s lineup brings together fresh sounds, emerging talent and local stories — and we’re beyond thrilled to welcome such a diverse and highly talented group of musicians to the Tastes stage," she said.
With over 50 food, drink and produce vendors committed, the 2026 event will showcase the Goulburn Valley’s offerings.
