Local couple Teresa and Anthony Crifo launched gluten-free and plant-based OMG! Decadent Donuts on April 3 at the Good Friday Mooroopna Markets.

The donuts are free from major allergens, including dairy, gluten, eggs, wheat, yeast, nuts and sulphites and are halal and kosher accredited.
Teresa Crifo said that being part of a family with allergies, it was important to have access to inclusive treats.
“They’re made from real fruits and spices, so there’s no artificial colours or flavours,” she said.
“Every batch gets tested to make sure it complies with all their accreditations.”
Mrs Crifo said they saw the donuts while they were away and wanted to bring them to their local area.
“We loved them, you really can’t tell they’re gluten free or anything.”
“It’s our business, we have the licence to use the product and branding, which means everything earned stays right here in Shepparton.”

Mr Crifo said having a mobile caravan meant they could attend various events, from school fetes and sporting carnivals to weekend markets and community fundraisers.
Mrs Crifo said they wanted to go to as many markets and events as they could.
“We’ll pop up when we can and do the odd delivery day as well,” she said.
“Orders for special functions and events can be done through our website.”
There are 12 flavours available, ranging from raspberry and strawberry to coconut and coffee.
When asked for her recommendation, Mrs Crifo said she loved the cocoa flavour.
