Little lioness netball clinic
The Seymour Football and Netball Club is calling on young netballers to participate in its clinics at Kings Park.
Kids from nine to 11 are invited to participate on Tuesday, July 8, while those aged 12 to 14 can drop by on Thursday, July 17.
The six-hour sessions will start at 9am, at a cost of $50.

Pressed flower jar activity
The Seymour Library and Customer Service Centre will be host to a craft workshop involving preserved, pressed flowers.
The free session, suitable for ages seven and above, will be held on Wednesday, July 9 from 10.30am to 11.30am.

Orchid craft activity
On Friday, July 11, a free craft activity, where kids seven and above can transform paper into an orchid ornament, will take place at the Seymour Library and Customer Service Centre.
The hour-long session will commence at 1.30pm.

Auskick and Superkick at Kings Park
Kings Park will be filled with footy fun on Monday, July 14.
Auskick for kids aged four to seven, and Superkick for kids aged eight to 12, will take place from 9am to 3pm.

Sand painting
Kids five and above can create vibrant sand art in a free craft activity at the Seymour Customer and Library Service Centre on Tuesday, July 15.
The workshop will take place from 10.30am until 11.30am.

Inflatable madness
On Wednesday, July 16, the Seymour Sports and Aquatic Centre will transform into a fun zone, featuring a giant inflatable.
Current swim school students can attend for free, and other children, aged five and above, can join in the fun for a cost of $10.
The event will be held from noon to 2pm.
Day out at the movies
Mitchell Shire Council will be facilitating a day at the movies for kids in the region on Thursday, July 17.
The event is open to kids aged 12 to 18. Free bus transport will pick up kids from two spots across the shire, and head to Westfield Plenty Valley for a screening of How to Train Your Dragon.
Pick up at the Broadford Train Station will be at 11.20am, followed by a stop at the Wallan Youth Room at 11.50am, while drop-off at the Wallan Services Hub will be at 4pm and on to Broadford for the final stop at 4.30pm.

Jack And The Beanstalk recycling challenge
The Seymour Library and Customer Service Centre will see an exciting craft activity using recyclable materials on Thursday, July 17.
Children five and up are invited to create the tallest, most stable beanstalk in a free, hour-long session starting at 1.30pm.

Indigenous art workshop
A free session for children on how to use the language of land and of ourselves to tell meaningful stories will be held at the Seymour Library and Customer Service Centre on Saturday, July 19.
The one-hour session, beginning at 11am, will allow attendees to expand their understanding of their connection with the land and Country.
