Nation-wide close contact definition proposed; Victoria to make rapid test kits free

The Victorian Government has secured a supply of 34 million rapid antigen tests to support its changing response to the COVID-19 pandemic, while National Cabinet will meet on Thursday to discuss a uniform system to determine close contacts.
