The Yea, Nagambie and Wallan line dance clubs were invited by Lyn and her Seymour line dancing ladies to a Sunday social.
They all had a hoot as they danced across the floor doing old, well-loved dances and some new, vigorous moves.
A tasty lunch, including tea and coffee, was provided by the Seymour group.
Everyone was enjoying themselves, meeting new people, finding a lot in common with each other as well as a taking the chance to work out new moves and do some easy exercise.
There was lots of laughter and smiles all round, dancing to country and modern music.
One good thing is you don't need a partner, you can get up and have a go and no-one worries if you do your own version instead of following the others.
We are all looking forward to catching up and meeting our new friends at the next social.
Anyone interested in joining a group should contact their local community or information centre for details of venues and times.
