V/Line train services on the Seymour and Shepparton lines are currently suspended due to a grass fire.
A fire at Heathcote Junction has seen services between Southern Cross and Seymour suspended since Monday night.
A limited number of coaches will replace trains today (Tuesday, March 4) but several services will not run.
Passengers travelling between Craigieburn and Donnybrook should use local buses on Route 501 to connect with metropolitan trains at Craigieburn Station.
V/Line asked passengers to check station platform displays and the V/Line website, listen for announcements and allow up to an additional hour for their journey.
Transport Victoria said it thanked passengers for their patience during this time.
