Spreading a Ray of Christmas cheer

By David Rak

This Christmas, Ray White will continue its popular tradition of giving with the return of its A Little Ray of Giving initiative.

The campaign will see Ray White Seymour partner with St Vincent de Paul to help disadvantaged people who may need a little extra light in their festive season.

The Ray White team is calling on the local community to embrace the giving season and dig deep for children who need it most.

“This is the fourth year that we’ve run A Little Ray of Giving and we want 2019 to be our biggest year yet,” Ray White Seymour’s Jo Clark said.

“When you see our Christmas tree go up, we urge everyone who is able to bring in a gift for those families who are less fortunate.

“All you need to do is wrap up your present and drop it under the tree in our office reception. Those who wish to donate a gift just need to inform the Ray White team if the gift is for a boy or girl and nominate an age group.

“It is a really simple way to put a smile on the face of someone who might otherwise go without this Christmas and just a small gift can make the biggest difference to families who are struggling at an expensive time of year.”

The Ray White Seymour office is also running a Christmas colouring-in competition for children, which has prizes including a gift voucher from Toy World.

Ray White Seymour is located at 10 Wallis St and will have the giving tree in the front office and will be collecting gifts from November 25 until December 11.
