Man shot in neck after armed group carried out robbery

A 23-year-old was wounded in the neck when the firearm was discharged.

He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The group left the scene with a small number of items, police said.

Police are also investigating a separate incident in the neighbouring suburb of Logan Reserve.

A shot was fired during an altercation between a group of people about 9.30pm on Thursday, police said, but no one was injured.
