For the second day running, Kyriacou and Lee rallied from behind on the back nine to secure Australia the half-point they needed to progress to Sunday's sudden-death action at the multi-million-dollar International Crown teams event.
Unbeaten in their three four-ball encounters for the week, Kyriacou and Lee squared their match with Americans Angel Yin and Yealimi Noh to ensure Australia finished runners-up in Pool A behind the top-seeded USA.
After being one down with five holes to play on a dramatic Saturday at New Korea Country Club, both Australians birdied the 14th to draw level with the USA, before Kyriacou drained a pressure-filled 10-foot downhill birdie putt on the last to send their fourth-seeded team through.
"It was pretty scary," Kyriacou said.
"I said to Minjee before, 'I'm s***ing my pants'
"She was. like, 'Why? It's fine'.
"But, yeah, it was pretty nerve-wracking. It was some really good golf out there.
"To hole that putt, I knew it was important. Very good feeling."
With three major champions in their ranks, the star-studded Aussies entered Saturday's action knowing they may only need half a point to advance if Thailand and China split their two four-ball matches.
But with Thailand sweeping China 2-0, the Aussies needed to conjure a full point, and it quickly became apparent Lee and Kyriacou would need to deliver again, having teamed up for four wins from five previous matches in the biennial event.
The relentless Lauren Coughlin, who remains unbeaten in American colours in both the Solheim Cup and International Crown, partnered former world No.1 Lilia Vu to a crushing 5 & 4 win over Hannah Green and Grace Kim.
A third straight defeat of the week for the gallant Green and Kim piled the pressure on Lee and Kyriacou.
And even with Lee and Kyriacou conjuring some more magic down the stretch, Australia needed urgent assistance from China.
Ruoning Yin and Ruixin Liu answered the SOS call, battling back from three down through eight holes to beat Chanettee Wannasaen and Pajaree Anannarukarn 3 &1 to deny the defending champion Thais a semi-final spot.
With a perfect four-from-four record over the opening two days, the top-seeded USA were guaranteed a last-four berth regardless of their result against Australia.
Team World were the first to join the USA in the semi-finals on Saturday after Brooke Henderson and Wei-Ling Hsu ended Sweden's chances with a 4 & 3 win over Madelene Sagstrom and Ingrid Lindblad.
Team World only needed half a point to progress, but victory for Henderson and Hsu to keep the pair's unbeaten record for the week intact was enough, despite Lydia Ko and Charley Hull going down 3 & 1 against Linn Grant and Maja Stark.
After topping Pool B, Team World will face Australia on Sunday morning for a spot in Sunday afternoon's final.
The USA will take on second-seeded Japan, who eliminated hosts South Korea with a tense 1.5 to 0.5 comeback win on Saturday.
A birdie on the last hole from Mao Saigo and Miyu Yamashita clinched a decisive 1 up win for Japan after the pair of 2025 major winners had been 3 down early against home fan favourites Hyo Joon Kim and Hye-Jin Choi.
That win was enough to send Japan through after Rio Takeda and Ayaka Furue also came from behind to square their match with Jin Young Ko and Haeran Ryu.
