Each day brought with it a new story, a new perspective and another reminder of how remarkable this region truly is.
Through the lens, it has been a privilege to witness and document the people, places and events that shaped our community.
Across Shepparton and its surrounding towns, the year delivered no shortage of significant events.
Sporting triumphs, cultural celebrations, powerful human-interest stories and moments of shared grief all carried their own challenges and rewards, strengthening my appreciation for the responsibility that comes with documenting real lives.
It has been an honour to photograph the Goulburn Valley’s defining moments — the big, headline-making events and the smaller, often quieter scenes that hold just as much meaning.
As we move into a new year, I look forward to continuing to help tell the stories that matter through the lens of my camera.
The aurora showed its true colours and many photography enthusiasts raced out to capture it in all its glory.
