Eastern Spreaders from Kerang handle a wide range of equipment for the pastoral and agricultural industry, including NDE vertical feed-mixers, Marshall spreaders, Renn grain equipment, Boomerang bale feeders, Sitrex hay rakes, John Berends equipment and Rotowiper weedwipers.
They are the eastern states distributor for Marshall Multispread fertiliser spreaders and will have a range of models onsite at Elmore again this year.
The Multispread will handle all types of granular fertilisers as well as lime, gypsum, compost and manures. Marshall’s optional i4M variable rate control has proved popular, assisting farmers to increase the accuracy of their fertiliser applications, minimising wastage. The i4M system can also be retro-fitted to older machines.
Eastern Spreaders are Australian distributors for the Canadian range of RENN Roller Mills. RENN has been in the business of feed processing for more than 50 years, also supplying grain bagging and unloading systems which are durable, efficient and user friendly.
The bagger uses a low-profile design which reduces stress on the bag and uses an inclined auger to fill the bag. The RGB1020C model has a 10ft wide tunnel and combines a large hopper with a high capacity 20inch auger.
RENN Roller Mills have proved to be a great addition to Eastern Spreaders’ range of feeding equipment. Popular sizes are 12, 24, 36 and 48-inch wide rollers in portable PTO drive models with folding 12ft discharge auger. Also available are stationary units, suitable for electric motor drive. The 16-inch diameter rollers are precision-machined and dynamically balanced. The popular 24inch model handles barley at up to 13 tonne/hour and wheat up to 27.2 tonne/hour.
Eastern Spreaders have been the Australian distributor for Canadian-made NDECo Vertical Cutter/Mixer/Feeders, since 2000.
With a very quick cutting and efficient mixing ability NDECo mixers are available in sizes from 11 cubic metres in single auger configuration to 32 cubic metres dual auger machines. They can be supplied with either front door conveyor feed-out or two side doors with discharge elevators available from 3ft to 9ft lengths on either the left or right side.
NDECo’s patented carbide-insert large 24inch curved knives, which give a quick slicing action and very long life as well as minimising power requirements, should last in excess of 3000 hours. The augers are also hard-faced for longevity.
Eastern Spreaders are the official Victorian and Riverina distributors for Rotowiper carpet roller-type weed-wipers.
The Rotowiper is designed to apply herbicide without affecting underlying clovers and pasture grasses, as the rotating drum only applies herbicide to plants in direct contact with the applicator. The height of the roller can be adjusted to suit the type of weeds being targeted.
Rotowiper comes in three main configurations — The TR Series tow-behind units from 1.8 metres to 4.5 metres wide; the LMU Series 3 Point Linkage units from 2.9 metres to 4.26 metres wide; and the FU Series Tractor mounted fold-up machines from 6 to 12 metres wide.
