The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce announced the former England captain will be honoured with a ceremony at 6819 Hollywood Boulevard on June 12.
Actor Tom Cruise and Beckham's wife Victoria will speak at the event, with the 51-year-old receiving the walk's 2849th star.
"The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce is proud to welcome David Beckham to the Hollywood Walk of Fame," Walk of Fame producer Ana Martinez said/
"David Beckham's recognition with a Hollywood Walk of Fame star in the Sports Entertainment category comes at a fitting moment as the United States prepares to host the FIFA World Cup.
"Beckham's role in elevating soccer's profile in America and his lasting influence on sports, entertainment, and global culture make this honour especially meaningful."
The recognition comes before the 2026 FIFA Men's World Cup, which gets under way in June in the US, Mexico and Canada.
Beckham's playing career spanned 20 years and saw him become the first English player to win league titles in four countries: England, Spain, the United States and France.
In 2018, he became co-owner of MLS club Inter Miami, which won its first MLS Cup in 2025.
Alongside his football career, he has supported a number of charity causes, including serving as a goodwill ambassador for humanitarian aid organisation Unicef since 2005.
In 2025, Beckham received a knighthood for his services to sport and charity.
