Tungamah 40 defeated Berrigan 26.
Girls were in good spirits before the game, knowing they had to give it everything they had to get the win.
They were focused on the obstacle in front of them and were determined to overcome the challenge. Berrigan came out strong having won the toss and they got a quick first goal and got an intercept to have them leading the first quarter.
After a regroup and slight change in defence the Bears fought back and got up in the second quarter to lead by 4 at half time.
Great passages of play down the whole court, defence worked tirelessly shutting down their opposition then bringing the ball down to the attack end.
Attack worked seamlessly in and around the ring for the full four quarters. Such a great game to watch and proud of the whole team effort.
Thanks to everyone, C Res get to continue this journey. Thank you to everyone that came and supported the team, especially Jayanna your help and encouragement is greatly appreciated!
