Another amazing performance from the under-11 Seymour team.
Not only was it the last game for the season for the girls, but it was also the first time in many games that the full team was able to play together without illness and injury.
Seymour played Wandong, who was second on the ladder, and the girls were successful and came away with a win.
The under-11 team consists of nine players, many of who had never played netball before the start of the season, and have worked together to develop skills, teamwork and make new friendships.
Evelyn, Georgia, Marley, Jesa, Liesl ,Chloe, Char, Triyah and Tahlia all played an amazing game.
Captain for the game was Georgia.
What a great experience it has been working with the girls over the season and seeing them grow.

Under-16
Seymour Black challenged Wandong Green at its home court.
The pressure was building. The sun shining down on the restless players, eager to win.
Lucy (centre) ran tirelessly across court, open for passing and interceptions. Brandy (wing defence) worked hard alongside Polly (goal defence) in efforts to block Wandong's advances into goal.
Tenisha was getting the ball to the other end of the court with her strong, direct passing to Jasmine (goal attack), who seemingly never missed a shot with the help of Chloe (goal shooter), who sure knew how to move the goal circle.
Hayley (goal keeper) made tremendous efforts to keep the ball out of Wandong's hands.
The pressure was up and spirits high as both teams worked tremendously hard, fighting for the win. Seymour Black coming out on top 24-6, but Wandong's good sportsmanship shone through, despite their loss.
A final thank you for everyone who came to watch, canteen volunteers, mums, dads, grandparents, coaches and communities for giving us such friendly environments to play in.
Now, everyone get ready for the finals. Last I heard, they are going to be bigger, better and more competitive than ever!
