Under-12
Second place Euroa came out of the blocks fast and scored the first three goals of the match. Tabilk was a bit shellshocked and managed to slowly work its way back into the game, finally hitting the scoreboard through captain Heath Lane. Nick Drayton played a standout game in the back pocket. Nick played close a game on his opponent and backed himself when he had the chance to run off. Dylan Baker was also outstanding in the other back pocket, growing with confidence.
Angus Nash was moved to centre half-back to help out his team and managed to propel the ball out of defence on many occasions.
Mathilda Brew not only laid many tackles, she managed to get a lot of ground ball gets through hard work.
The midfield work tirelessly all day though Grace LeDeux, Johnny Anderson, Oli Smyth, Brodie Ballyntine and Max Smyth.
Archy Harrison and Bryce Aschroft showed plenty of pace in the wings and showed running to space will be rewarded with plenty of the ball.
Brodie Ballyntine and Flynn O’Brien also finished with goals through hard work and never giving up.
Zac Anderson played a great game also down back, holding Euroa’s best small forward to minimal goals.
Congratulations to the team on finishing third on the ladder for the season and good luck against Seymour this weekend in the first final.

The boys started well, posting the first goal of the game.
Captain Angus was leading by example and the team jumped on board.
Will Ledeux worked tirelessly up and down the ground presenting for his team.
