Whether you need to improve your skills, build your confidence or just learn how to prepare for an interview, CVGT Australia’s mission is to find you meaningful employment.
The CVGT Australia team is part of the local community and works hard to see people and businesses succeed, whether in agriculture and building, or aged care and manufacturing.
There is a wide range of employment programs, including jobactive for those looking for work, available at CVGT Australia to support your career.
Transition to Work is designed to help people aged 15 to 24 get the help they need to find employment or training that meets their needs.
“You’ll get the support you need to start a career, but also help to ensure your personal life is settled,” CVGT Australia Shepparton branch manager Tara said.
“Our mentors can connect you with support services to assist you with issues such as housing or mental health, making it easier for you to stay in work or training.”
If illness, disability or injury make it hard for you to stay in work, CVGT Australia’s Disability Employment Services program can also help you find and keep a job.
“Our team works with employers to match the right person to the right job, and provide follow-up support to make sure everyone is happy,” Tara said.
“Our team can also connect you with host employers looking for apprentices and trainees through our Group Training program.
“This is a great way to earn while you learn, and at the end of your training you will hold a nationally recognised qualification.”
ParentsNext is aimed at people returning to the workforce, with tailored support to rebuild your skills and regain your confidence.
