Held at the Deniliquin Basketball Stadium from 4pm, participants aged 20 and under will go head-to-head in a free throw knock out comp, around the world, 3-point shooting comp, dribbling skills and a game of three on three.
There will be prizes available for winners, and food will be supplied by the Deniliquin Local Aboriginal Land Council.

Students Jump Rope for Heart
Deniliquin Edward Public School have started skipping for good cause.
They are taking part in the annual Jump Rope for Heart to raise funds and awareness for the Heart Foundation.
Students will be skipping through a five week program, training for the final jump off day.
It will be held on the last day of term, which is Friday, July 1.
Local athletes excel
A number of young local athletes are out and about this week representing our community and the wider Riverina, and showcasing their outstanding sporting talent.
Junior Giants basketballer Bella Hillier is in Tamworth this week playing for Riverina.
Another four local students are representing Riverina in the CHS State Netball Championships in Sydney, including Kate Westcott, Makayla Finn, Bonnie Everett and Annie Harvey.
Deniliquin Rovers footballer Jerrah Caruso has also excelled representing Riverina, achieving a well earned spot in the NSW All Schools Australian Rules squad.

New mural for Mathoura
A new art installation has taken pride of place on the school library at Mathoura Public School, ready for viewing by the community.
The mural, which was completed yesterday, depicts two Badja Bayaderra (long-neck turtles), painted by New Zealand artist NITSUA.
The project was funded by the Mathoura Public School P&C, Tongala and Mathoura Community Bank and Bendigo Bank.
