Gimme, gimme, gimme more is what audiences have been shouting during the first four performances of Benalla Theatre Company’s production of Mamma Mia.

Director Molly Craig said there had been standout performances from Dianne Feldtmann as Donna and Jacqui Creamer as Sophie.

“(Those) characters form the core of the show, (and) sing some of the most beautiful songs including The Winner Takes It All, Slipping Through My Fingers and I Have A Dream,” Ms Craig said.

“They really pack an emotional punch.

“Other highlights in the show come from Debbie Patterson and Jamie Boatwood’s hilarious Take a Chance on Me, Stephen Winkler’s Knowing Me Knowing You and Jim Tullberg’s Our Last Summer.

“These along with an all singing and dancing exuberant chorus brings together a show full of fun, heartbreak and in the end, love.”

There are still three performances left on Friday, May 27, at 7.30pm, and on Saturday, May 28, at 2pm and 7.30pm.

Tickets are available from BPACC via, by phoning (03) 5762 5515, or at the box office.
