The Lakers controlled play for most of the game, and held a 49-point lead over the Lions at three quarter time.
But the Lakers will need to make sure their finishing skills are in finer knick in the weeks ahead, after Undera scored four unanswered goals in the final term to bring the final margin back down to 28 points.
Nagambie playing coach Anthony Haysom hasn’t missed a step after taking both roles on this year. He was named best on ground in the win, bagging six goals, while Michael Roberts kicked three majors in his first senior game of the season after featuring in the seniors across the last three seasons.
This weekend’s match against Stanhope will prove one of the matches of the round with second taking on third. Stanhope is also coming off their own 30-point win over Dookie United in round eight.
