Organiser Bree D’Andrea said the response from the community to donate their time and goods for a raffle was overwhelming.
“It was a great success and the community spirit behind the event was astounding,” she said.
“The referees all kindly donated their time and are due a massive thank you.
“It’s great to see the people of Seymour and district band together when someone needs a hand.”
The champions on the night among a strong field of competitors were The ‘Mour and runners-up were Da Boys.
Nate Tennant was the major winner in the raffle, with Edyth Holman runner-up and Lynne Morgan third.
