Forty students from Sacred Heart school in Tatura experienced the Sandhurst Arts on Show this month to mark the 10th year working with the Australian School of Performing Arts.
The three-day festival held at Notre Dame College as part of the Sandhurst Diocesan Arts Strategy, saw more than 1000 students taking part in singing, dance and drama workshops.
The students spent several months working hard for the opportunity to perform within the workshops, and parents, families and friends were then invited to attend an End of the Day Reprise, which showcased performances from throughout the day.
The finale featured a combination of singing and dance performances involving all schools that attended the day.
The highlight of the day was the Sacred Heart children being chosen to sing Firefly at the End of Day Reprise.
