Puppa and Gaehl Real Estate Nagambie officially opened on July 1 and is a partnership between local agents Janelle Puppa and Bonnie Gaehl.
Bonnie has worked with Janelle at Janelle Puppa Real Estate in Seymour for more than two years, providing real estate needs to the Avenel, Nagambie and Murchison areas.
She is looking forward to having a larger presence in those areas, from the Nagambie-based office of the new agency.
‘‘We are the same people, providing the same service that we grew our reputation on, though now in partnership as Puppa and Gaehl Real Estate Nagambie, and Janelle Puppa Real Estate Seymour,’’ Bonnie said.
Bonnie has been in the real estate industry for eight years and has extensive previous sales experience in other industries.
She was crowned 2019 agent of the year for Avenel by Rate My Agent, and is recorded as having gained an 86 per cent market share in Avenel in only two years, according to Rate My Agent.
She has also recorded a 32 per cent market share in the Murchison area during the past 12 months and was the top agent by sold properties, according to Rate My Agent.
Bonnie will be backed by Janelle Puppa Real Estate, which was crowned agency of the year for Seymour and Avenel in 2019 and owner Janelle Puppa was also Seymour agent of the year in 2019, according to Rate My Agent.
Bonnie will be joined in the Nagambie office by property manager Emma Aldridge, who is looking to expand the rental portfolio in Nagambie, Avenel and Murchison.
